But hanging one badly is dangerous: ceiling fan boxes need to be rated for fan loads (not just light fixtures), and the wiring needs to handle the fan-plus-light combo properly with the right switch configuration.

Fan-rated ceiling boxes (or upgrading existing boxes), proper switch wiring (single-switch, dual-switch, fan-light combo, three-way), balancing, and remote/wall control setup. If there is no existing ceiling fixture in the location you want, we run new wire and install a fan-rated box.
We also handle vaulted and high ceilings — installation is more involved (we bring the right ladders) but very doable. Same for outdoor ceiling fans on covered porches and patios, which need wet/damp-rated fans and weatherproof installation.

Yes — we use ladders or scaffolding rated for the height. Vaulted ceilings often need a downrod to bring the fan down to proper height (8-9 feet from floor). We size the downrod to the room.
