ABC Electric Inc. provides electrical services primarily in Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, Versailles, Kentucky, and the surrounding Anderson, Franklin, and Woodford County areas. We may serve nearby locations on a case-by-case basis. Service availability and travel charges may vary outside our primary area.
All quotes are free and provided in writing after an on-site or detailed phone consultation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing assumes the work scope as quoted; significant changes to scope, materials, or site conditions may require a revised quote.
For most residential projects, payment is due upon project completion. Larger projects may require a deposit or progress payments as outlined in your written quote. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Commercial accounts and maintenance contracts may have separate payment terms.
All labor performed by ABC Electric Inc. is backed by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship, beginning on the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties on equipment, fixtures, and components vary by product and are passed through to the customer.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, modifications by other parties, weather events, power surges (unless surge protection was installed by us), pest damage, or normal wear and tear.
For work requiring permits, we handle the permit application and coordinate with the local building department for inspection. Permit fees and inspection fees are passed through to the customer at cost or as quoted.
If you want to add or change work scope after we have started a project, we will provide a written change order with the updated price and timeline. No additional work is performed until the change order is approved.
You may cancel a scheduled project at any time. If we have already incurred materials costs or scheduled labor, you may be responsible for those costs. We will discuss cancellation impact at the time of cancellation.
ABC Electric Inc. carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
If you have a concern about our work, please contact us first — we want every customer to be satisfied. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation. Any unresolved disputes will be handled under Kentucky law.
